Encryption, always
Your data is secured using industry-standard encryption:

We don't keep your credit report
Your uploaded credit report is not stored permanently. Here's exactly what happens:

We only keep the structured insights needed to build your plan.
Zero-retention processing
Whenever possible, Diola uses a zero-retention approach:
- •Your report exists only during processing
- •It is never stored long-term
- •Sensitive raw data is discarded immediately
This minimizes risk and protects your privacy by design.
We never collect what we don't need
Diola is built to avoid unnecessary sensitive data. We do not:

- •Store full account numbers
- •Ask for bank logins
